If you have a home office or small business, you may not have an I.T. guy or gal around that you can call when things go wrong. That’s why the website called fixyourownprinter.com is worth a bookmark. Save it now, because you might need it later! On this site, you’ll find valuable information about your printer, including documentation, links to driver downloads, and even links to the repair kits you may need to order.

To use the site, you simply enter in your printer make and model in the search box provided. When your search results display, you’ll find all the documentation about the printer that the website has available on the left-hand side of the page and, on the right, there will be links to the matching forum posts. From the “Reference” tab at the top of the page, you can search for part #s, model #s, and even engine #s for printers or click the links provided to search error codes, find documentation, drivers, and more.

There’s nothing too fancy about this site, but sometimes simple is better. Even without too many bells and whistles, FixYourOwnPrinter.com is still a useful resource for anyone stuck troubleshooting their own printer. (via AppScout)

Photojojo - A Site for Photo Enthusiasts

OK, I'm not a huge fan of the goofy name, but this website/newsletter has a lot of cool stuff that makes it worth checking it. Photojojo is primarily a newsletter (and they house their newsletter archives on their website) where you can find tutorials, do-it-yourself projects, camera/camera accessory reviews, contests, and much more. Some recent posts on Photojojo include a customizable version of the Monopoly board game, where you can add your own photos; a how-to post on making a doggie cam; tips on de-pixelizing your photos using VectorMagic; and a handy how-to on removing extra people from your photos. Whether you're just getting into photography or already an enthusiast, you can learn a lot the Photojob site. There's even a store where they have cool photo-related tools and gifts and a forum where you can chat with other shutterbugs like yourself.

GleeMax : Myspace for Gamers

Most of you have probably heard of Wizards of the Coast, as they are considered the global leader in hobby gaming (think Dungeons & Dragons)- but you might not be as familiar with Gleemax. Gleemax intends to be the home for gamers on the web – a combination of social networking, on-line gaming and game related content. They haven't fully launched yet but sneak a peek at this interview to get the low down on a site I predict we will all be frequenting.

MSN Soapbox Demo and Invites to the Private Beta

Okay people! Let's talk. Alright, me first. :) I love the internet. I really do. It's scary. I actually compare airline prices for trips I'm not even planning on taking. I know, strange...but what I really love is that the internet makes me laugh. It makes me laugh when I track down an old boyfriend who broke my heart in high school and I see that his personal site says "he's not just looking for a good woman, but any woman. Hahahaha. See, makes me laugh over and over. But you guys aren't visiting 10 to hear me talk about myself. You want to know what's cool in technology and I'm here to tell you, just not today. I'm here to tell you how two everyday guys have managed to get millions of people to laugh thanks to smart internet marketing tactics like youtube. I introduce you to Barats and Bereta.

MSN Spaces has evolved and will now be known as Windows Live Spaces. This is not just a simple name change but a feature packed update, including gadgets, games, photos, feeds and a friends list. Everything is customizable to your heart’s desire. So even though the friends list is based on your contacts in Windows Live Messenger, you can decide whether your mistress shows in your list for the world to see. Sometimes Rand McNally just doesn't get the job done. If you've ever tried to read the street number on a building from a moving car in Seattle traffic, you know what we mean. Well a couple of UW grad students are building something that could make finding your way in a big city easier. Urban Archives is trying to record historical information about a city--think of it as real-time archeology. While it's primarily there for art history types, the mapping mashup possibilities are endless.

Digg V3 launches complete with categories, visualization, and over-exposed excitement
