That was a very impressive demonstration...though I would have liked to atually watch Tina play with the headset and speech recognition at the end.

She was right, it certainly seemed fast and the way the learning tool is implemented through the numbers is very well done. I might have to give this feature a try on my new HP with Vista. Does it work the other way around though...will the computer talk to me? Macs support that feature by defualt and it's kind of cool.

I'm not sure if I would actually dictate to my computer when writing. Good writing requires a little more thought than just speaking out loud and I find it kind of difficult to compose a report by just saying what comes to my mouth at the moment. I suppose it would become easier with practice, but I'm going to have to try it first.

LOL. I would never delete Tina...I would copy her. A Tina for everybody who wants one. :)

Isn't this what caused the, somewhat embarrassing, security update, since someone could host a sound file on their website that would say something like 'delete all files' and the PC would actually do it if the mike was on and speech recognition enabled?

Now there's no video loading at all. I checked the page source code, and besides the usual jpegs, I couldn't find the linked video file.
