Zune.net Updates

The site at Zune.net recently received some small, but pretty cool new features for music lovers. Most notably, you can now “follow” an artist or band on the site so you can receive alerts  - like when that band will be performing in your area, for example. This content is now included on your “My Social” page for quick, at-a-glance viewing.

They’ve also introduced RSS aggregation features on the artist pages which pull together feeds including the artist’s blogs, Twitter posts, etc. If the feeds aren’t present for your favorite artist yet, you’ll be able to add them yourself. Video content and tour date info is now available on the artist pages, too.
