The
Windows Live Messenger Library
is a client-side library for building web-based applications that integrate with Windows Live Messenger. This can lead to some pretty cool implementations of WLM-integrated applications, like the
iBloks Video Messenger
. This software connects to over 300,000,000 of the Live Messenger Communities so IM friends can watch and share videos with each other over the WLM network. The application also combines online video viewing and instant messaging to allow for high-quality video ad distribution. With the iBloks InstantAd Service, content creators can create turnkey ads that are combined with WLM to create an iBloks gadget or widget which can be used on social networking sites like Facebook, Windows Live Spaces, Bebo, and more or any other web site of their choosing.
