Do you love the option to "find as you type" when surfing the web? You can bring this functionality into Internet Explorer via the Find as you type add-on. This IE add-on supports both 32 and 64-bit versions of Windows and is available in German, English, Italian, and Dutch. To use the add-on, you will have to press "Ctrl +F" first, but this will bring up a small search box at the top of the page. When you begin typing, the text you type will automatically be found and highlighted on the page below. (via  gHacks for this!)

Or you could just use IE7 Pro and have this and all the other popular add-ons all in one download.

IE7 has this feature by default as well. Go to the drop down arrow next to the built-in search box, and choose "Find of this Page". A box pops up and you search. It's not as convenient though as the other solutions.
