The Samsung SyncMaster 225U includes a "built-in 2.0 megapixel webcam, microphone, and stereo speakers, which plug into the Communicator software and then serve as a replacement for that bulky deskphone in your office"

That looks outstanding! Apparently it'll cost around $500 in June, which is a bit of a premium for an otherwise middle-of-the-road display, but the integration could make it worth the price.
