Channel 9 on Mars: A tour of the NASA Jet Propulsion Lab

Charles and I were lucky enough to get a tour of the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasendena, CA last month whilst we were in town for PDC2008.
Dave Lavery, Program Executive for Solar System Exploration (aka coolest job title evar!) granted us permission to film a portion of his awesome tour and spoke with Charles about designing and building robots for use on other planets.

"Tune in and learn about some of the challenges of developing autonomous machines that you will never get to touch again (think about the reduncancy requirements for a robot rover that is deployed 100 million miles away from Earth...)"
