Grand Theft Auto IV launches in NYC

grand theft auto 4 is officially (according to all the reviews collected on www.metacritic.com at least) the best game of all time with incredible 99 of 100 points. i actually watched like 10 minutes of a lifestreaming video of someone playing it and it was fun.
but of course me being me i am not that much into cars and i don't have the 360 besides waiting for stuff like prototype and fallout 3. also i get to play the age of conan beta in may, which at least makes me feel a little less like missing out on something amazingly great. now if only they had flying cars and laser guns in that game...

the first time you asked - Xbox live is not a platform...it's a service.  The correct answer would have been Xbox 360, unless you asked them what online service they would be playing GTA4 on.  I'm accustomed to GTA on the Playstation, so I'll probably get the PS3 version to play through the story and the 360 version for online play.  Enough said.

I was standing in line at Bestbuy when the game come out with all the other hardcore Grand Theft Auto lovers.  One guy was grilling out and was offering everyone in line free food, which of course I had to accept.  After I got the game I went straight home and put it into my xbox 360.  The graphics are stunning and the storyline.. wow!  I love this game.  I just had to share my thoughts on it and let you know it is definitely worth the money so if you have the money go get it!

Ah, nothing is more fun then waiting in line for a major game release. It is always an interesting group of people all with a similar passion though for great games. I did the midnight release at my local Gamestop as well, and was lucky enough to be the seventh person to get the game that night. And kudos to Johnnynutsack for having such a great gamertag...lol! Game on everyone and enjoy Liberty City.

I am sure the Gamestop people just love an obviously young kid saying they will buy an M-rated game at their store Great segment though, and of course I will be waiting for the PC Release
I was going to get in line at the Nintendo World store (yeah, so sue me) when the guy who invented the DS or Zelda or some such was there a couple of years ago, but when I saw the line, I decided to grab a Starbuck's instead and hop back on the PATH. I am just not that hard-core to be waiting in line for anything or anyone.
