Have you seen Mythbusters on the Discovery channel? Well, it's a tough job separating truth from urban legend, but the MythBusters are here to serve. Each week special-effects experts Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman take on three myths and use modern-day science to show you what's real and what's fiction. I ran into them at Maker Faire for this behind the scenes interview.

Two of my favorite shows in one place.
Never heard that one.  You and Tina should test it out...do your own Mythbusters episode.

Oh, and nice shirt, Laura.
I haveto admit I had only seen mythbusters a few times before interviewing them- but what a great idea for a show. If it wasnt a complete rip off I'd do my own mythbusters episode for 10. ooooh, maybe something about PC myths, like if you change ANYTHING in your registry your computer will die. hmmmmlight bulb goes off over head Smiley
 Who has more PC myths?

Here's a myth for you that's VERY easy to bust: "Macintosh computers are better suited for graphics and are more powerful tools for video-editing, 2D image manipulation and 3D animation/rendering."

Care to stop that one into the ground for us? Wink
Mythbusters is be pimp, as they say in the hood.
