I've been waiting for this for a long time. Jorrit Jongma has put together a package for (some) Windows Mobile phones that fakes the USB Internet connection into using the 802.11 radio as a wireless access point to the Internet. Tethering your phone with USB or Bluetooth isn't always an option. What if you want to get your Nintendo DS and a couple of laptops online while in the back of a car? Just make sure you have an unlimited data plan.

I tried it on my Sprint 8525 (HTC TyTn) and it worked great, I had everything in my house routing through my phone. It seems to cook the battery though, so you might want to keep a couple spares if you're using it on the road. This is an incredibly useful feature, let's hope it makes it into a future release of WinMo.
