Totally agree, but that's only for a small percentage of people. I'd guess they're betting on millions of people submitting content once or twice and that would help them out a ton. There just seems like something wrong about that. Maybe it's just me.

I like to believe in the concept that if you do something well enough, even for free, at some point your value gets recognized and the money will follow.

I'm not sure about the idea of a news company making money off of something I gave them for free though. :(
