I just saw this today and mm... sweetness. No word on price yet, but that probably won't stop me.

Knights of the Nine features an all-new faction and quests for noble characters and answers many of the questions surrounding the Ayleid ruins found throughout Oblivion. Players can join a new faction and found their own order of holy knights - leading them into battle against a sorcerer-king and his demonic minions while exploring massive dungeons and searching for legendary relics - the holy armor and weapons of the Divine Crusader.

Knights of the Nine will be available through Xbox LiveĀ® Marketplace for Xbox 360 and www.OblivionDownloads.com on November 21st.

There is an interview about this update on Killer Betties and a new wallpaper up on elderscrolls.com

Hmm, maybe this will reignite my interest in Oblivion. I think I put 200 hours into it right after I got it, and then lost interest pretty much from one day to the next. Never even really got into the main storyline, did all the faction quests first. Think I got burned out on playing games in general for a while. But, with the long winter nights on their way, I'll need to find something to do! I'm afraid to even pick up NWN2, if it's as good as the first one, or close to BG2, that'll be sucking up my weekends no doubt.

Regarding NWN2 ... sadly I'm hearing nothing but negative comments so far... which is likely unfair... I guess it is rather buggy at this point. I had a similar experience with the "Pool of Radiance" game (not the gold box one, that one rocked my C64!) and it was eventually resolved with patch after patch but by that time I had given up hope. For NWN2 I think I'll let other people go through the pain...

I'll pick it up once I've seen some patches come out Smiley

Awesome.... I played the hell out of this game, unlocked every achievement. Took 78 hours. Will be great to pull the game out again with this new faction.
