I went down to San Francisco to check out the release of digg V3 and I ran into my old buddy Alex Albrecht. Alex is currently the co-host of diggnation with Kevin Rose while also pursuing his acting career down in LA. We laugh, we cried, we talked about old times on G4 and Tech TV- but most importantly, we learned how diggnation came about and the amazing success story behind digg.com. Watch and learn.

Great segment, Laura.  Seeing you and Alex together brings back many memories from the golden days of G4TechTV, though I always prefered the networks when they were seperate.  Then again, nothing beats seeing you and Tina together.

I've always had an on-off interest in Diggnation.  I'll watch the podcasts for a while, then ignore it until somebody reminds me to check it out again or something comes along that spawns my interest again.  Its always great to see all the classic hosts doing new things.  Notice the hosts are more popular than the networks they were invovlved with!

I'm surprised Alex hasn't just moved to San Francisco already.  I've haven't really seen him doing anything else in Hollywood, so he might as well just move on up.  I've been through LA once or twice and its kind of neat, but I love San Francisco.
Hi Laura,

Diggnation rules I've seen every episode, Alex and Kevin are halarious.  Oh that reminds you look fantastic, very nice.  Lookin' forward to your next show pretty lady.
I REALLY love ctrl alt chicken but i never knew he had digg.com too. Ill have to check that out! : )

Man, those were the good old days, even though the number of viewers were low. At least it was much better than the junk that's left these days. Rose made out like a bandit though, good for him, at least Sarah got Brandon.......

Good to see these guys making it, doing the things they love doing, reaching the right audience.
